Before attending your first class, please fill out the waiver available here. Bring this waiver to class, or e-mail to kristendorland@icloud.com

COVID-19 Protocols

• Please enter the clubhouse from the west entrance; door will be propped open

• Please wear a mask as you enter and as you make your way to your space - once you are on your mat, the mask can be removed

• Windows will be open during class to maximize airflow, so please dress in layers as appropriate

• Please bring your mat, and only necessary personal belongings (please avoid bringing more than one bag in)

• Hand sanitizer will be provided on entry, and floors will be sanitized prior to class
