Candlelight Flow and Restore
Wednesdays, Feb 25, March 4, 11, 18, 7:30-8:30pm
Pause and reset with a calming Wednesday night practice that balances gentle effort with release and rest. This class weaves together mindful flow, breathwork and subtle core engagement to support stability and ease in the body. The focus is on releasing tension, improving strength and mobility, and downshifting the nervous system after a full day. Movements are intentional and unhurried, creating space to feel grounded, relaxed, and ready to move into the rest of your week with greater ease and clarity. All levels welcome, though some familiarity with yoga or mindful movement may be helpful.

Yoga + Pilates
Tuesdays, 6-7 pm
Combine the dynamic movements of Pilates with the longer held postures of yoga, Fire up the deep supporting muscles of your core, and allow them to bolster your movements through this strengthening and lengthening practice. Complete your session by embracing tranquil stillness and rest.
Pilates for Core & More
Thursdays, 9:30-10:30 am
Balance your body with the controlled, dynamic movements and breath-work of Pilates. With a focus on stabilizing muscles, your joints will come better supported, decreasing chance of injury and reducing pain. Strengthen and tone your body and feel renewed and rejeuvenated.
